Troubleshooting Issues
If you are having issues, please submit a trouble ticket through the North Middle School Webpage > Staff > Support Ticket.While I do try and respond to emails, you have to fill out a trouble ticket for things to get fixed.
The other techs are also able to view the tickets and can sometimes get to the problem faster than me. Tickets need to be highly detailed. Important things to cover:
